Additional Policies and Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-1 car per bedroom and max 2 people per bedroom.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am.
-No smoking inside home.
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, no pets of any kind.
-Host will personally check-in all guests at the property prior to accessing the home.
-Guests will sign a rental agreement at time of booking and the City of Palm Springs' "Statement of Rules and Regulations and provide their ID on the day of your arrival.

- Base rate is $495 a day

- Adjusted pricing for high demand days, like holidays, 3 day weekends and festival events.
- Cleaning Fee $225
- TOT and other City Fees 12.5%
Payments:
- 50% to be paid at time of booking.
- Balance to be paid 30 days in advance of your arrival.
Refunds:
- Full refund given up to 31 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund given 15 days prior to arrival.
- No refund given within 7 days of arrival.
